"....have patience with everything unresolved in your heart and to try to love the questions themselves as if they were locked rooms or books written in a very foreign language. Don’t search for the answers, which could not be given to you now, because you would not be able to live them. And the point is to live everything. Live the questions now. Perhaps then, someday far in the future, you will gradually, without even noticing it, live your way into the answer.”
― Rainer Maria Rilke, Letters to a Young Poet

In pursuit of....

To know you can
Even before you began
To set sail o’er there
Without a doubt you did dare

Sitting in the harsh summer’s sun
All this would have been fun
If a smooth path you had chosen
Before the past within you had frozen

Now, you’ve come so far
Breaking every broken bar
What more can you not give
To carve the life you want to live

This could be your silver lining
Invisible behind the clouds you sat whining
This time,
Let the rain wash over you
Cleanse every tear that was far from few

For what do you sacrifice
A fate intertwined at every turn of the dice
It’s what you believe that will be your outcome
Which turns out true, but for some

Let the force of the heavy boulder
Weighing down upon your shoulder
Push away the unwanted
That had always upon you daunted

One day, upon a sandy shore
When you have all that you wanted so much more
You look back at the distance you came
You’ll know, life could have never been the same…
