It took awhile to realise

What this was,

That wasn't over

A step ahead

A step back

A hiccup of fear

I knew it clear

I took my time

With every line

On a canvas I drew

The thoughts words threw

Moving on...

Far  forever  to trot

With  faith in a knot

In silence I sought

The one thing…

I paid more than I bought

For in that pact

I wrote to hold intact
